The Groveport Human Resources Department serves as a resource for both current and potential employees. Under the City of Groveport's Personnel Policy, Marsha Hall, City Administrator serves as the Personnel Director. As Personnel Director, she assures that all legislation and laws are followed.
Brenda Lovell is the City's Personnel Coordinator. Brenda handles the day-to-day functions of the department. In addition to handling hiring, insurance, and reporting duties, she is responsible for employee training and responding to employee questions regarding personnel issues.
